Thuy has more than 19 years of professional experience practising in both private and inhouse sector. In particular, Thuy has 13 years of working for international law firms, including 10 years with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, a top tier law firm in the world, then 4 years in banking and finance industry with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) as Vice President – Legal and Compliance Manager, and 2 years as Vice President Legal for NS BlueScope Vietnam Limited. Thuy joined Venture North Law since June 2021 as a partner. In January 2025, after her immigration to Canada, Thuy continues to work as an of counsel for Venture North Law.
